Marketing/Business Development Coordinator-Mason, Ohio

We are a leading provider of pharmacy services to long-term care facilities seeking an experienced Marketing/Sales Representative to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. This Professional will research and continuously identify new prospects to grow our company portfolio. Specific responsibilities include:

· Researching competitors to stay updated on the competition and marketplace

· Be versed on mission, value proposition and key messages of our company and clearly articulate these to prospective customers

· Promote the company through social media platforms

· Develop and distribute appropriate marketing tools direct to prospective customers

· Creatively engage with current and prospective customers

· Be in the field to help build relationships with prospects and assist with closing new business opportunities.

· Coordinate trade shows (average of 4 per year)

· Work with company leadership team to help close new business opportunities

· Measuring and achieving success compared to the company’s strategic plan and sales goals.

· Covering a service area which includes Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana

The ideal candidate for this role is a self-motivated, results-oriented professional with a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the Long-term Care and/or pharmaceutical industry. Some travel will be required. Additionally, you must have exceptional customer relations and problem solving skills, strong oral and written customer service skills and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of internal and external staff.
